L'Azienda agricola è un oasi naturale, è ubicata in mezzo a boschi, uliveti, e vigneti, per un estenzione di circa 450 ettari.
La Cantina di vinificazione è posizionata in una valle, tra le colline di Cefalu’ e l’Eremo di Gibilmanna, negli antichi feudi che un dì furono dei Principi Normanni, di nome Suro .

I terreni sono particolarmente vocati alla viticultura di gran qualità.
Altro pregio di tali territori: l’altitudine: infatti i vigneti sono ad una altezza di circa 700 metri sul livello del mare.
Sono state impiantate uve di :
Cabernet, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Petit Verdot, Pinot Munier, Syrat, Malvasia, Cabernet Franc Merlot, e
Nero d’Avola.
